You can access dialer in Gmail, Salesforce, and Groove Flow call steps by clicking the following icons:

You can easily dial and log your call directly from the Gmail sidebar!
Salesforce
Click to dial and log calls directly from List Views, Reports, and Lead/Contact pages.
What are the minimum system requirements for Groove Dialer?
In order to use Groove Dialer, your computer must have at least 8GB of RAM.
Can I make calls using my desk/cell phone?
Yes, if you enable Bridge Dialing, Groove will use your forwarding number to make calls. Once you start a call from your computer, it will ring your forwarding number, then once you pick up that phone, it will ring the other party.
