Groove can automatically log inbound and outbound emails (even those you don't send or receive directly in the client) to your Salesforce account. To turn on automatic email logging you can follow the steps below:

1. Click here.
2. Check 'Sync emails to Salesforce in the background' and press 'Save.'

Note: If you don't see this option, it may have been disabled by your admin.
