Groove can automatically log inbound and outbound emails (even those you don't send or receive directly in the Gmail.com client) to your Salesforce account. To turn on automatic email logging you can follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to your Groove web application settings, found by selecting your profile image and choosing "settings" (Direct link here ).
2. Toggle the option "Sync email to Salesforce in the background"
Note: If you don't see this option, it may have been disabled by your admin.
