Aug. 2017 Customer Newsletter
Welcome to Groove’s new newsletter — a collection of updates and tips to help you get the most out of Groove (and crush your goals, of course).

Sharing Groove Templates and Flows
Every team has an all-star rep whose multi-step campaigns knock it out of the park. We recently made it easier for reps to share their template folders and Flows in Groove, so everyone on your team can benefit from your all-star’s expertise. Read more >

Now you can add them to your hotlist. Read more >
Record calls with Groove
You can now record calls you make with Groove Dialer. That way, managers can more easily provide feedback on rep calls at a time that’s convenient, and pause and play the recording during discussion. Read more >
