Groove has time and again provided salespeople and customer success representatives with the power to build meaningful relationships with prospects and clients. A key component of these connections is understanding how your communication efforts are resonating with the people you reach out to. That’s where Groove’s integration with Highspot comes in! You can now deliver the most relevant assets to their prospects right from Groove.

How it Works

  1. Open up a Groove email template from your inbox or a Groove Flow Step

  2. Click on the Highspot logo on the top Toolbar.

  3. Add collateral to your template by searching for keywords. Or find collateral by filtering based on labels found in the drop down menu.

  4. Insert your collateral in an image or link format and you are good to go!

Best Practices

-AI driven recommendations for Highspot content: Folks in sales organizations are focused on building relationships, and shouldn’t need to worry about searching for the correct content to send over to clients. When using the integration, the most relevant assets will show up so that reps can grab and go.

-Flexibility to insert content from where reps are already working: No need to jump from platform to platform in order to find collateral, copy links, and send out your emails. Instead, insert Highspot content directly from Gmail or Groove Flows.

-Comprehensive analytics from both platforms: In order to have continued success, it’s crucial to understand what’s working and what isn’t. With the combination of Groove and Highspot, you’ll have very granular data to inform your decisions on improving processes. Groove provides insight around successful communication efforts, account engagement, and the warmest leads. Highspot’s analytics drill into the performance of specific pieces of content; for example, you’ll see how many times a PDF was downloaded, or how long a prospect spent viewing the page.
