Why Can't I See All the Groove Buttons?
If you can only see a limited set of Groove buttons in the Groove bar in the compose window, it is possible that you may not have completed the signup process. Here are some steps to resolve these common alerts:
Click the button Enable Email Open Tracking which will take you through the Groove signup process.
Complete the steps to sign in to Google and Salesforce.
From here, you should be able to see all the Groove buttons.
Note that the number of Groove buttons may differ, depending on how your Salesforce admin has configured Groove.
