Groove Outcomes is designed to give reps deep insight into the performance of their Flows, so they can optimize around what’s working and improve their effectiveness over time. Mastering Groove Outcomes will help users understand how each Flow-step and Flow-step type drives success for their business.

Using Groove Outcomes

Filters

You can use different filters and date ranges to manipulate the data:

  • Team/User Filter: The team or user filter will display flows that were acted upon by the team or specific users chosen for this filter

  • Date Range: The date range will display all flows that were acted upon within this date range by the teams/users chosen

Columns and Metrics Defined

The Groove Outcomes Dashboard shows various metric, defined below:

  • Meetings Booked: Meetings booked tracks the number of meetings that were generated as the result of a Flow. Meetings booked will track meetings for those people who are currently active in the flow and have a meeting booked with them while they are still active. The user also has to have calendar sync turned on.

  • Positive Conversations: Positive conversations tracks the number of positive dialer calls that were completed in a Flow. The positive sentiment is determined by the Conversation Outcomes set by the Groove Admin in Manage My Org.

  • Opportunities Created: Opportunities created tracks the number of opportunities that were generated as a result of a Flow. Opportunities are tracked by the Opportunity <> Contact role, and if that Contact has a Flow activity that existed before the opportunity was created.

  • Personalization: Personalization tracks the percentage of personalization in a Template prior to completing the Flow step.

  • Templates Used: Templates used tracks the number of unique templates used for a specific step.

Summary Visualization

The summary visualization maps out the top 10 Flows based on Total # of Outcomes and Step Types based on Total # of Outcomes. Users are able to see the top used Flows and view a bar chart breakdown of people who completed, exited, or are resulted in positive business value (“Success”). The same breakdown is available for each step type as well. A contact is considered a “Success” when the result for that Flow or step type is a positive conversation, meeting booked, or opportunity created.

All Flows Table

In the All Flows table, users will be able to see Open-rate, Click-rate, and Reply-rate of each Flow, the breakdown of all the Successes, and total # of steps completed. Users can sort by any column and click on any Flow to drill down into Flow-specific metrics.

Flows Drill-down

The Flows drill-down allows users to go further into the Flow and understand how the Flow progressed and where the successes (or issues) stemmed from.

Visualization

For the Flow visualization, the chart used provides a visual effect of how each step was acted upon. The large blue bars display the amount of people who successfully completed each step. As the Flow progresses those blue bars should get smaller as people leave the Flow. As outcomes occur (such as exits or successes), you’ll see those breakoffs in the chart.
