Finding the right prospects and clients to reach out to can be tricky; that's why Groove allows you to import people to Flows in multiple ways.

Note:
Everyone you add to a Flow must already be a contact or lead in Salesforce.

You can add contacts and leads to Flows

  • while creating the Flow
  • anytime after the Flow has been created

Once you've clicked 'Add People' you'll notice the different options you have for importing your clients.

Search

This option is great for quickly adding someone to a Flow.

Simply search for the email, name, phone number, company, or title of the person/people you're looking to add to your Flow.

Advanced Search

This is one of the most flexible and powerful ways to add folks to your Flows.

Advanced Search allows you to search by various filter criteria, so that you can pinpoint the exact people that you want added to the Flow. 

You can also save your Advanced Search, to reuse it later or to have people automatically added to your Flows.

Salesforce List View

You can use any Salesforce List View you've created to import people to your flow:

Salesforce Report

You can use any Salesforce report that you have access to, in order to import people to your flow:

This is especially powerful if there is a report in Salesforce that continually gets updated with more contacts or leads that you want to reach out to.

Adding from your Accounts Page

If you're reviewing the accounts that you've been reaching out to, you can add people to flows directly from this page:

  1. Click on an Account name
  2. Select the people you'd like to add to a flow
  3. Select 'Add to Flow' and choose the flow you'd like to import them to

Adding from your People Page

If you're reviewing the people that you've been reaching out to, you can add people to flows directly from this page as well:

  1. Select the people you'd like to add to a flow
  2. Click 'Actions' at the top right
  3. Select 'Add to Flow' and choose the flow you'd like to import them to
