Why can't I see all the Groove buttons?

If you can't see only a limited set of Groove buttons in the Groove bar in the compose window, you might not have completed the signup process.

  1. Click the button Enable Email Open Tracking which will take you through the Groove signup process.
  2. Complete the steps where you sign in to Google and Salesforce.
  3. After this is completed you should be able to see all the Groove buttons.

Note that the number of Groove buttons may differ, depending on how your Salesforce admin has configured Groove.
