Groove OmniDialer is a next-generation dialer that is lightning-fast, reliable and easy-to-use. The first sales engagement platform dialer that is a desktop application, Groove OmniDialer provides a consistent solution that fits seamlessly within any workflow.

In this article you will learn how to install the OmniDialer. (Note: A Dialer license is prerequisite. Please contact your administrator to obtain a license if needed.)

Step 1: Make sure you are logged into Groove

Step 2: Go to the Dialer section in the settings page in Groove

Step 3: Click “Download for Mac”

Step 4: Move OmniDialer App to Applications Folder → Open the App from the Applications Folder → Click Sign In → Click Open Dialer in your Browser

Step 5: Make sure to "Allow Microphone Access"

Step 6: Success! Sign in and Start dialing!

Step 1: Make sure you are logged into Groove

Step 2: Go to the Dialer section in the settings page in Groove

Step 3: Click “Download for Windows”

Step 4: Resolve the following by clicking “^”up arrow and select “Keep”

Step 5: Click “More Info” and then click “Run Anyway”

Step 6: Resolve the following by clicking the checkbox for “Private networks”, then “Allow access”

Step 7: Success! Sign in and Start dialing!
