Updating your main Groove email is a simple process! Here is a step-by-step guide to bring a new email to your account.
Log out of your Groove account via this signout link here.
Ensure that you are temporarily logged into your new Email account within your browser, and not logged into the old Email account for the sake of the transfer.
Attempt to log into Groove again here, and when prompted, connect to your new email address.
You should then be taken to a new page which alerts you that your Salesforce account is currently in use with another email address. Select the option to "File a support case to migrate all data to (new email)", then hit "Go":
Note: nothing will happen when you hit "Go" on your end, however the request will be sent to our database where we can finalize the transfer
5. Reach out to email@example.com, where our team can finalize the transfer and get you on your way!
