In order for Groove to support this feature, Google Chrome now requires Groove users to allow an additional permission related to the tracking domains used when emails are sent directly from Gmail, Office 365, or from your flows. Allowing the new permission will block notifications when you or your own teammates open an email you sent.

Your team may have a custom domain set up, or your team may be using Groove's default domains. For either of these scenarios, it is required that you allow the permission for Groove to access those domains. Examples of what those domains look like are below:

How do I make sure my email tracking permissions are enabled?

New Users:

Note: if your team is using a custom domain, you will see that listed instead of groove.grvlnk.com

Existing Users:

At the top of Salesforce, Gmail, and Google Calendar, you will see a banner asking you to allow the updated permission.
